Every year Teixits Vicens takes part in La Fira de Pollença.

And every year there´s a new fabric…

This year we´ve decided not to make a new pattern but a variation of colour.

Such is the case of 60 Blue ikat fabric. The aim of next winter is to develop this very same pattern in different colours… Wich one would you like?

If you want to see the fabric already finished, come to visit us at La Fira de Pollença!

Famous Lazaro Rosa Violán interior designer has used many times Teixits Vicens fabrics to decorate his projects.

Here we have a sample of his work at La Taverna Del Mar, a family run business that renovated their restaurant & hotel a couple of years ago.

Last month, photographer Heidi Coppock Beard visited Teixits Vicens´s workshop in Pollença.

She´s been shooting professionally for over 20 years, working for many blue-chip clients both in the UK and overseas.

Last Semester, Teixits Vicens “granted” student Joan Morell collaborating with ikat fabrics for his final industrial design project at Escola Superior de Disseny in Palma de Mallorca.

He´s designed a convertible bed sofa made in wood and fabric only. It does not have any screw but wooden pieces that you can easily remove in order to take apart all the pieces and storage it all.

He got an A*

Nowadays, he´s  at Bd Barcelona doing his practises.

Last Summer, Joanne visited Teixits Vicens in Mallorca looking for ikat handmade fabrics.

She spent the last year designing these soft furniture pieces specifically for the Ikat, with removable covers for washing. The ottoman and low seats are  filled with organic cotton.
