1. Breakfast in a square full of history<\/strong>
Begin in the Pla\u00e7a Major, the beating heart of Pollen\u00e7a. Here, beneath the gaze of the Church of Our Lady of the Angels, village life unfolds. Order a caf\u00e9 con leche, an ensa\u00efmada<\/em> or a small rye bread roll with Mallorcan olive oil. Watch as the town and its people slowly wake up.

3. Claustre de Sant Domingo and its hidden garden<\/strong>
Just a short walk from our workshop lies this former convent, now a cultural hub. Its Renaissance cloister invites silence and often hosts exhibitions and concerts, especially in summer.
Beside it, a small garden of native plants is the perfect spot to pause and breathe deeply. Time feels as if it stops here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
